POLICIES & TUITION

Tuition Policies

To facilitate smooth transactions, all families are required to have a credit card securely stored through our online account management platform, JackRabbit. When enrolling in classes, kindly ensure that this information is provided.

A late fee of $25 will be applied if tuition remains unpaid beyond the designated deadline.

Prior to the recital, all tuition payments must be brought up to date. Failure to do so will result in the dancer being ineligible to participate in the recital.

Should any family encounter financial challenges, please reach out directly to Mary to explore alternative options.

Tuition Procedures

Tuition fees will be automatically processed on the last Friday of each month for the following month, using the credit card on file. Upon registration, the initial tuition payment and a registration fee (of $20 for returning families and $35 for new families) are due. It is mandatory for all families to have a credit card on file.

An invoice will be dispatched to the email linked with your JackRabbit account during the last week of each month. If there are specific instructions regarding billing, such as directing invoices to another family member, please ensure to update this information on JackRabbit. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

In the event of a declined payment or failure to pay at the studio by the 3rd of the month, a late fee of $25 will be imposed. Dancers will be unable to participate in classes if the account remains overdue for more than two months. Participation in the recital will also be contingent upon ensuring that tuition payments are up to date.

Family Discount: The first child pays full price; a 5% discount is applied for the second child, and a 20% discount is applicable for the third child in solo classes only.

For further clarification or inquiries regarding tuition matters, please contact Mary at mary@heaveyquinn.com.

Inclement Weather Protocol

In the event of inclement weather necessitating class cancellations, notifications will be disseminated via email and posted on Facebook. Additionally, you may call the studio after 1:00 pm on weekdays and 7:00 am on Saturdays to ascertain if classes are canceled.

Feis Log

As teachers we like to see the progress our dancers are making or where they may need to focus. If you attend competition, you should submit a feis log in December and then again after the spring feis season. If there is a need for more, you will be asked for it.

Practice Log

It is necessary for dancers to practice their material at home. This log is for the dancer's use, and we hope by tracking their time and what they are practicing, it will help them improve. Dancers are welcome to turn in their practice log to their teacher.
